With over 105 years of "Family" experience in the construction industry including present day 33 years, plus 46 years in management, our team(s) have successfully developed numerous projects across various sectors including commercial, residential, and non-profit.
At Custom Home WebQuote™, a SonShine Homes™ partner, we believe in a collaborative approach to construction management. We work closely with our clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Our team(s) of construction and management professionals have a wide range of expertise, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, smart home products, risk management, and quality control. We bring this expertise to every project we undertake.

The first "non-profit" construction project was Dwight Mission about 1920 near Russellville, Arkansas. Our ancestor Cephas Washburn was passionate about helping the Cherokee Indians and made it his life's work. In the process, his life poured into us a passion and compassion for ministry and mission work. 31% of our profits go to fund ministry and mission work today.

At Custom Home WebQuote™, a SonShine Homes™ partner, we believe in continuing the passion for church work. Rev. Homer Lee and June Young were church planters. El Reno Free Will Baptist is the last example of a construction project that was accomplished. They had multiple franchises, including Red Carpet Young Real Estate to help.

Dad/Papa Rev Homer L Young continued planting churches in multiple locations across Oklahoma. This little chapel was famous for having the most weddings in one day on Valentine's Feb 14th. It is still functioning as a Wedding Chapel.

The first "custom" home construction project was in 1980 for beloved friends and church members, a pastor and his wife from Arkansas who moved to Oklahoma City Metro area. Mom (June Young) sold it and their construction company built it.

They had multiple franchises, including Red Carpet Young Real Estate and Centre IV Real Estate. Multiple Custom Homes as well as commercial buildings were built during that season. Most of them were in Lakeridge Run Addition in Oklahoma City, and FoxFire Addition in Moore. This is a commercial building built in SOKC in 1985.

Our Family has continued to build homes. This one was built by my son very recently. To preserve the privacy of the owners, I "cyber" painted it and added landscaping. It is truly a lovely home. The plans are here in the office. We can help you choose an awesome plan for your new home.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
